Brie

I have tried, several times, to like you. I really have.

  3. There are so many versions of brie, that I have to believe there is a brie for every taste. Some are salty, yes. Others are mushroomy. Others still can be sweet and creamy.

    The trick is to find a good cheesemonger and let that person know your taste preferences. A good shop will make sure you take a small taste before you buy, just to make sure the cheese suits your desires.
